Responsibilities

Technica has an exciting opportunity to join our team in providing Information Technology Services to the FBI’s Information Management Division (IMD). This program is responsible for managing the development and maintenance of the Information Technology (IT) Systems supporting the Enterprise Vetting Center (EVC) within IMD.  We are looking for a Service Desk Support, Senior.  Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
 
This position is located at the FBI facility in Winchester, VA. For select positions, the FBI may locate the position in Washington, D.C., however that will be determined by the customer. The government has established policies for on-site vs remote work which varies across divisions and contracts. Staff are obligated to adhere to these and other FBI policies and react accordingly as policies change over time. Where allowed, hybrid work must be coordinated with the team lead and/or government POC, ensuring there is zero interruption with the delivery of our services.

Requirements

  • Active Top-Secret Clearance w/SCI and CI Poly or ability to obtain CI Poly. 
  • High School diploma and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years related work experience.
  • Prior experience as a helpdesk representative.
  • Experience in identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems.
  • Proven ability to meet SLA requirements.
