Responsibilities

 

Technica Corporation is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to drive ServiceNow based solution development and deliver.  The selected individual will identify and develop innovative and differentiating solutions with ServiceNow and third-party technologies that integrate with ServiceNow.

 

  • Functions as a ITSM administrator in all areas of ServiceNow related solutions and contributes to positioning the customer as a leader in ServiceNow practices.
  • Review and identify shortfalls in current Service Management tool IAW Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and ISO 9001 standard(s). Recommend appropriate changes to correct deficiencies in operation.
  • Monitor and administer the ITSM system for the Enterprise IAW Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and ISO 9001 standard(s). Expertise in ServiceNow and MS Service Manager as the current toolsets for ITSM is required; the contractor shall remain current if another ITSM system is integrated as part of Enterprise sustainment.
  • Sustain web-based trouble ticketing, configuration management, change management, incident management, asset management, release management, knowledge management, and Enterprise and customer requirements. Troubleshoot and correct all system issues that would render system unusable. Provide Government document revisions. Rewrite, make updates, and modify ITSM, SOPs, guidance and other documents specified by the COR or designated Government representative
  • Provides design, planning, implementation and development support in ServiceNow solutions to contract programs.
  • Develop workflows, customize, implement, and maintain applications as needed.
  • Develop, publish and maintain AF BluSCI Enterprise SOPs and provide training on existing and new technologies to Government personnel to support ITSM tool(s). This is informal office training. Provide process and operations guides within specified time limits.
  • Ensures that all architectural artifacts and deliverables in the responsibility areas are developed to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborates with business development team to identify customer needs and business opportunities. 

Requirements

 

  • Must possess active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
  • 3-5 years ITSM or ServiceNow experience in solutions design and or system administration.
  • Experienced with data analytics, report creation, dashboard and portal development
  • Transformation MAP, Scheduler, Connection and other database/instance, WebService, APIs
  • Ability to synthesize solution design information, architectural principles, available technologies, third-party products and industry standards to formulate a system architecture that meets client requirements and can be delivered within the desired timeframe.
  • Experience with integrating third party tools with ServiceNow
  • Experience working with DoD, AF, or DIA customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Certifications

 

  • CompTIA Security+ 
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) within 6 months of hire date
